Non-Refundable Items
Press-on nails: For our made-to-order nature and hygiene reasons, we cannot process exchanges or issue refunds for situations where you have changed your mind or requested a different style/size. We encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase.
Refundable Items
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return.
- Accessories: Must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original condition.
- Damaged Goods: If your press-on nails arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We may require photographic evidence of the damage.
- Incorrect Items: Please get in touch with us immediately to arrange a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must satisfy the following criteria:
- The item(s) should remain in the same condition as when received.
- It should remain unused, with all tool kit items.
- The item(s) should remain in its original packaging.
Process for Returns/Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange due to damaged goods or incorrect items, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@kartmade.com. Provide your order number, details of the issue (damaged or incorrect items), and photographs if necessary.
- We will review your claim and provide further instructions on returning the item(s) if applicable.
- Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of your refund or exchange status.
- If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment or provide a replacement item for exchange.
- Refunds may take 10 business days to process depending on your payment provider.
As a reminder, all returned Items must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or if notified beyond the specified time frame. Please note, No items will be accepted for return without prior approval.
*KARTMADE will cover shipping costs for returns of damaged goods or incorrect items.
