Thank you for shopping at KARTMADE! We are dedicated to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, military addresses, or international destinations. Please read the following shipping information carefully to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Processing Time
At KARTMADE, each press-on nail set is made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for production after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive a notification via email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to cater to your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery estimates will be provided to you at the time of checkout based on your location and the shipping option selected.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package's journey using the provided tracking link.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch. They are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses or addresses where delivery was refused or could not be completed.

Shipping Issues
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@kartmade.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the problem promptly.
However, KARTMADE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package from a postal facility, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
KARTMADE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
